“96 FTD” Throttle&Shutter Entry

A short teaser clip for a future full feature of Forge’s unqiue MK1 Golf. Named “96 FTD” in relation to the cars number & “Forge Till Death” slogan.

In terms of the edit wanted try something a little different, experimental & creative by getting the images to come to life by “popping” out of the screen such as the car going over the black cinematic bars. I also used aspects of the video such as the shutter coming up to reveal text. It’s also in black & white apart from everything that’s the signature Forge Blue.

The soundtrack is ” I Could Show You If You’d Like”; a powerful short track that gives a strong impact on the visuals whilst fitting in with the era of the car.
